The Power & Full Cabo Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CinePark / Power & Full ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence if higher, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor and any company directly involved in the development, administration, advertising or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes ends on September 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.

All entries must be received during the applicable Sweepstakes period to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER — FREE ENTRY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible person may visit the Power & Full Cabo Getaway entry page and submit the required entry form with the requested information.

A successfully completed eligible free-entry submission will constitute an entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to these Official Rules.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated process, fraudulent activity, false identity, multiple identities or other methods intended to circumvent these Official Rules may be disqualified.

QUALIFYING PURCHASE ENTRIES

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible qualifying purchases made through the official Power & Full store may receive additional Sweepstakes entries.

Unless otherwise specifically stated by Sponsor, qualifying purchase entries are calculated based on the eligible merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts and before taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, duties, gift-card purchases or other non-merchandise charges.

Sponsor's records will determine the number of eligible purchase entries awarded.

BONUS ENTRY MULTIPLIER PERIODS

Sponsor may announce limited promotional periods during the Sweepstakes in which qualifying purchases receive an increased number of entries.

Examples may include:

• 2X Entries: Every eligible $1 = 50 Cabo entries.
• 3X Entries: Every eligible $1 = 75 Cabo entries.

Any multiplier promotion will apply only during the dates and times specifically announced by Sponsor. The promotional rate displayed by Sponsor at the time of the qualifying transaction will govern that transaction.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Entries associated with a purchase that is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, returned or determined to be fraudulent may be cancelled or deducted from the entrant's Sweepstakes entry total.

REFERRAL AND BONUS ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsor may make additional no-purchase bonus-entry opportunities available during the Sweepstakes Period, including eligible referral or sharing activities.

When such an opportunity is offered, Sponsor will identify the qualifying action and the number of entries available for completing that action.

A referral, share or similar activity must satisfy the instructions provided with that specific opportunity to qualify.

Sponsor may reject entries generated through spam, bots, fake accounts, fabricated referrals, duplicate identities, automated activity or other abusive conduct.

GRAND PRIZE — POWER & FULL CABO GETAWAY

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The prize is intended for the winner and one guest. The guest must satisfy all applicable travel requirements, execute any releases required by Sponsor and travel on the same itinerary as the winner unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.

Prize components, hotel, airline, flight schedule, travel dates, dining arrangements and experiences are subject to availability, Sponsor approval and change.

Sponsor may substitute any prize component with a comparable component or experience if circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control make the advertised component unavailable.

Except for items specifically identified as included in the prize, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest, including but not limited to meals, gratuities, ground transportation, luggage charges, incidental hotel charges, personal purchases, travel documentation and other expenses.

No $1,000 cash or spending-money award is included in the current Grand Prize package unless Sponsor expressly adds such a component through an authorized amendment to these Official Rules.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

The winner and guest are solely responsible for possessing all identification and travel documentation required for travel to and from Mexico, including valid passports and any other documentation required by applicable authorities.

Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates designated or approved by Sponsor. Failure to travel during the designated period may result in forfeiture of some or all prize components.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed flights, denied boarding, lost travel documents, governmental restrictions, weather conditions or other events outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

WINNER SELECTION

Following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Receiving more entries increases an entrant's number of chances in the random drawing but does not guarantee that the entrant will win.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, telephone number or other contact information associated with the entrant's eligible Sweepstakes entry.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where legally permitted, tax documentation and other prize-related documents requested by Sponsor.

The potential winner must respond within the period stated in Sponsor's notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, fails eligibility verification, refuses the prize, fails to complete required documentation or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local and other taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

Sponsor may issue any tax documentation required by applicable law based upon the final fair market value of the prize provided.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, manipulate entry totals, interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes, engage in fraud or violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another event outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence and prize-related content for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and fulfill the prize.

Where an entrant separately provides marketing consent, Sponsor may also communicate with that entrant regarding Power & Full products, experiences, content and promotions.

INSTAGRAM, META, TIKTOK AND OTHER PLATFORMS

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Shopify, Kit or any other third-party platform used to advertise, host or communicate information about the Sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by applicable United States law and, to the extent permitted by law, the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
